The brief was to design and develop a web-based recruitment system to manage their busy executive search process.

Early February 2004, sapere audemus designed and developed a web-based recruitment system, which allows Saxbam Bampfylde Hever to create & manage clients, candidates and executive search projects. Moreover, the integrated interview administration software, allows users to grade candidates quickly and efficiently.

The intregrated report tool makes light work of creating tailored client reports on vacancy applications, candidate grading and status, candidate diversity and much more.

Since implementation, we have further developed the system to automate many tasks and fit the needs of future projects. The system is supported and managed by sapere audemus.
